When I purchase something from your site, how long does it take to receive it?
If your item is already finished, you should receive your order within 7 days of payment. If you are requesting a "special order" you must allow at least 21 days for completion and 7 days for shipping although it may be sooner.
If I want a commission or special order how much will it cost?
Special orders are often no more expensive than in stock items. Cost depends on complexity of painting requested and materials used.
Will my feather come framed?
Yes, all feathers come framed unless you request a feather without a frame. Frames are normally solid wood frames unless otherwise specified. Paintings are matted and acid free background paper is used.
What if I don't like a piece once it arrives?
If you are not 100% satisfied with any piece you receive, you have two options - 1. return the item for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping) or return the piece and I will paint you a new one at no charge. You will be responsible for shipping
How will my piece arrive?
I use the USPS for delivery of all of my items. They are mailed from zip code 12037. Items are normally shipped in padded envelopes and anything framed will have added cardboard in the envelope and bubble wrapped. If for any reason the item comes damaged, I will replace the item at no charge.
How big are the Feather Paintings?
I usually have two sizes - a single tail feather, or a double tail feather. The single tail feather framed measures approximately 9 inches across and 16 inches tall. The double feather frame measures approximately 13 inches across and 16 inches tall. At times I will offer different sizes but they will be detailed in the listing.
How do I inquire about a commission or special order?
You can simply e-mail me on any of the contact forms around the website or e-mail me directly Here . After receiving your e-mail, I will reply with a quote and possibly any questions I have. I will ask you to specify what exactly it is you want, and if you want a picture duplicated, I will be asking you to send a clear photo. If you are happy with the quote, I will start work on the order. When the order is completed, I will e-mail you a jpg of the finished work for you to inspect. If you are satisfied with the order, I will send you an invoice and will ship your item once payment is received. If you are not satisfied, you owe nothing.
